You have 7 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, along with any labels/accessories/Guarantees/Instructions. You must retain the receipt or proof of purchase. All purchased items must be returned and inspected before any refund or exchange will be granted.
We apologise if you have received a product that is damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us to arrange this. Make sure you have your order details handy.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
notify as soon as reasonably practicable on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please
note that the timeframe for receiving the credit will vary, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
